A: As a reference, CMS releases Medicare Advantage and Part D Contract and Enrollment Data on a monthly basis (the 15th of every month). For the particular research above, we have compared paired enrollment numbers for December of 2019 and January of 2020. We evaluated the data on a county, state, and plan level.
