Overview

Quality Measures can be a powerful tool to evaluate practice group performance and to transform healthcare. Having a relevant benchmark can help set the framework when developing quality improvement goals. CareJourney has leveraged the Medicare Fee-For-Service data set to examine the overall state performance. This data set is only utilizing relevant claims that were billed to Medicare.

Compare compliance for PQI 07 Hypertension Admission Rate, PQI Heart Failure Admission Rate, % of Preoperative Stress Test nationally. The top three maps evaluate statewide performance by individual quality measures. The bottom table breaks cardiologists into subspecialties utilizing CareJourney’s taxonomy for more accurate benchmarking across practice groups regionally.
